Student discount applies only to full-time students. Proof of student status should be sent by fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat.

Conference registration fees for participants and students include:
Participation in all scientific sessions; conference kit; program; welcome reception; lunch vouchers and coffee during breaks.
Satellites registration fees September 18-19 include:
Participation in all scientific sessions; program; lunch and coffee breaks (18/9), coffee breaks (19/9)

ACCOMMODATION

Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms for the conference period, making it possible
to offer reduced rates to conference participants.
* Official check-in/check-out times at hotels:
Check-in: Sunday – Friday 15:00; Saturday 20:00
Check-out: 12:00

If reserving a shared room, please advise with whom you will be sharing (if known in advance).
The Secretariat will do its best to provide roommates for participants wishing to share a room,
however this cannot be guaranteed. If a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.

Rates are per night, per room, on bed and breakfast basis, including taxes. Accommodation in Jerusalem at special rates is available in the following hotels:

PAYMENT For reservations made before September 1, a deposit of one night accommodation is required.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

a. For those paying via credit card, the balance will be automatically charged after September 1, 2008.

b. For those paying via bank transfer, please ensure that the balance should reach the Conference Secretariat no later than September 1, 2008. A copy of the bank transfer should be faxed to the Conference Secretariat.
Reservations will only be confirmed if payment is made as listed above.

· Commitment: When sending a commitment, please enclose with it a copy of your summary, printed from this website.
The commitment should indicate the exact amount covered by your company/institution, as well as details of services covered for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

· Forms received with no payment details will not be processed. · Participants may register to the Conference without booking hotel accommodation and reserve the hotel at a later stage.
· Please note that after September 11, 2008, will be available on site only.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Refund of registration will be made as follows:
Cancellations received by August 24, 2008 – full refund less US$ 40 handling fee.
Cancellations received thereafter – no refund.
